When is my order being processed? 

Once you completed your order you are going to be notified via e-mail that your purchase was successful and your order is being processed. Allow 2-3 business days to process & dispatch order. As soon as your order is being shipped you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. 

How long does Shipping take and what are my options? 

We currently offer Standard Shipping only, if you have an urgent request please contact us directly!  

Europe: 4-8 business days shipping

Standard Shipping £5,99

USA & rest of the World: 10-21 business days 

Standard Shipping £9,99

Please note that for orders outside the EU, we are not liable for any customs duties that may be levied or delays that are cost by customs. 

We currently offer FREE worldwide (standard) shipping on all orders over £90 

Can I return my item and refund or exchange it? 

Unfortunately we are not able to allow any refunds at the moment, however you are able to return your item and exchange it for another item/size or store credit. Item must be in its original state, no damage, unwashed and unworn. 

How long can I send my item back and exchange it? 

Exchange is possible within 14 days after receiving the item. 

How do I claim my store credit/exchange? 

Send your item in its original state back to the address we provide for you. In order to receive all the return information kindly send us and e-mail with subject "return" to customer@sunyanistore.com

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please send us an e-mail with subject "return" to customer@sunyanistore.com to initiate a return in form of store credit or exchange to a same priced item. 

What if I order something and it is out of stock?

We track our inventory manually and make sure everything is accurately displayed. However if there is a mistake and the item you purchased is sold out, we will remove the out of stock items from your order and ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.

How good is the quality of our clothing?

We work closely with our tailors and seamstresses to assure high quality. Please be aware, everything is handmade, we do not work with any big manufacturers therefore the clothing can have some possible minimal inaccuracies. Also note that every piece of print can have different patterns although its from the same piece of cloth. That means the patterns can vary with every finished clothing, which ultimately makes every item unique. All our African print clothing is ethically made.
